RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Please read through our Exchange Policy carefully as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase with us.

You can cancel your order before the shipment of it if you feel you have made a mistake or changed your mind. Simply visit our Contact Us page, choose the query type to be “Cancel Order” and we will assist you with your request (please note that we reply within 24hours)

We make sure that the OHANNA Garment is sent to you at highest quality. However, If your OHANNA garment has manufacturing fault we will definitely exchange or return it for you within 7days from receiving your product and we take care of the shipping fees. To exchange or return your Ohanna item, go to our Contact Us Page and choose the query type to be “Exchange” or “Return” (please note that we reply within 24hours).

You can exchange your OHANNA garment to another garment that cost the same amount or more in our collection within 7days if you changed your mind. In this case, the shipping fees of the new garment are the responsibility of our customer.

We don’t allow Exchange for the following:

Products that has the label removed
Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or tan or appear washed
Products that are marked or damaged in any way


Our exchange department has the right to refuse an item that does not meet the above conditions.

Our exchange team will assist you with your request step by step until it’s resolved.

Please make sure to attach the airway bill our courier gives you with the package for a successful pick up

Refund Policy:

The refund is usually done through the same method of payment.

Please note that in the case of the garment is having a manufacturing fault a full refund will be issued to your bank account. Please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to reflect on your bank account.
