You can place an order by simply entering your details. However, we recommend you create an account so you can easily track your orders and add your favorite OHANNA garments to your favorite lists.
You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items you’ve already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
When you go to our “Log In” page – by clicking on the icon on the top – you will be directed to either “Log In” or “Register”.
To register: you will need to enter your e-mail address and you will be logged in. An e-mail will be sent to you with a temporary password in which you will be able to change on your account page.

You can simply subscribe to our newsletter and stay up to date with us.
We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, reservations are unavailable. As a result, placing an item in your shopping favorites does not reserve it.

We make sure we process your order as soon as we receive your request. However, in order to make sure you are entirely satisfied with your order you can cancel or do any adjustments to it before it gets shipped. Simply visit our “Contact Us” page and chose your query type to be “Cancel order” or email us on customercare@ohanna.co
